Now that I crowned my first champion, going forward I am going to do 9 cards per game month. 8 standard house shows and a PPV. During the house shows, each fighter will compete four times. Again a fighter gets 3 points for a win, 4 if they use their finisher. Also when a fighter beats the champion in a nontitle fight they get a bonus 3 points as well! After the end of the house shows, the fighter with the most points will face the champ. The other fighters match up according to most points scored to compete in the undercard. To make it tougher on challengers and allow my champ to have a chance to keep his title longer, I am using a special house rule that the champion gets to reroll the first POP roll against him each fight.
Hope you enjoyed the results!

So far Kgrroth your IFC has been awesome.
It's great to see Saint Nick win your belt.
It is amazing to watch each promoter have different success with different characters. For example, Party Pirate making it to the finals - never would've called that one.
Great job so far! Looking forward to more.

I agree. I love your format and may use it to an extent in our league. I think I'll have the pools and then top winners fight it out to face champ at ppv. Then pools will be redrawn and cycle 2 begins. Ppv will see people fight outside their pools they were previously in.
Only 24 will be allowed in, so once things expand, the bottom 4 will fight it out for elimination.

Excellent start Kgrroth, I'll be following for sure... I agree. I love your format and may use it to an extent in our league. I will be doing a Elimination and Elevation in my IFC, it is a cool concept...

Thanks guys for the kind words. Having a blast with the game so far. Hope to start the next couple cards tomorrow. Probably post some updates over the weekend. I too plan on only keeping 24 and was going to bring in one new fighter at a time. So each month I have someone new coming in, the lowest point scorer that month is eliminated. Anyone who was champ within the last three months would have immunity.

Card #13 House Show
1. VINCITOR beat TICK TOCK with a Kinniku Special 2. SQUATCH beat ALEXANDER 3. ROCKY beat RABBID with a Super Combo KO 4. PUNK A.D. beat BOBCAT JACK 5. SAINT NICK beat YOKO-OHNO in a nontitle match 6. FAHRENHEIT beat COMET with a Flash Kick
Notables: Yoko-Ohno gave Saint Nick all he could handle. Saint Nick had to resort to my champion's advantage house rule in order to squeak by with a victory.
Bobcat Jack did not look pleased after his defeat at the hands of Punk A.D.

Card #14 House Show
1. DEATH STAR beat PARTY PIRATE 2. RATCHET beat WAR HAWK with a Wrist Rocket 3. CELSIUS beat HONEST ABE with Zero Hour 4. CONNOR beat EL PIKADOR 5. THE MESSENGER beat TIKI BOOM with Last Rites 6. KRUSHER KHAN beat KEN PO with a Soviet Sickle
Notables: The Party Pirate looked in rough shape prior to his fight with Death Star. Footage of the Pirate hanging out in the clubs until the early morning hours the night before was quickly removed from the internet. The Party Pirate refused all interviews after the fight.
The hard working redhead, Ratchet is proving to be a hit among the male dominated fans of the IFC.

Card #15 House Show
1. PARTY PIRATE beat BOBCAT JACK 2. SQUATCH beat THE MESSENGER with a Mythbuster 3. COMET beat EL PIKADOR with a Pan Galactic Stretch 4. ROCKY beat RATCHET 5. SAINT NICK beat KRUSHER KHAN with a Sentinel Sleeper in a nontitle match 6. TIKI BOOM beat YOKO-OHNO
Notables: The Party Pirate seemed much more focused this time around. He was not his usual self here. Much more serious minded.
After another defeat Bobcat Jack had a bit of a temper tantrum in the locker room, tossing chairs and punching lockers. In fact El Pikador was overheard making the quip that he was acting like "a caged wolverine".
Squatch is looking very dominant in his matches so far!

Card #16 House Show
1. KEN PO beat DEATH STAR 2. CONNOR beat ALEXANDER 3. CELSIUS beat WAR HAWK with Zero Hour 4. TICK TOCK beat HONEST ABE with a Thumb Trap 5. FAHRENHEIT beat VINCITOR with a Flash Kick 6. RABBID beat PUNK A.D.
Notables: In the first battle of the Second Realm Saints it was Connor who pulled off the victory. Alexander showed some frustration in defeat but then he gave his ally a hug and held his arm up in victory in a showing of true sportsmanship. As he walked away he said "next time there'll be a different outcome!"
Celsius has also been looking very strong in the first couple weeks of competition.
After his upset victory over Honest Abe, Tick Tock began to taunt the former President with barbs that Honesty gets you nowhere and that Abe had no killer instinct. Abe merely smiled and put his top hat on and walked out.

Card #18 House Show
1. RABBID beat KEN PO with a Spine Smasher 2. THE MESSENGER beat TICK TOCK 3. CONNOR beat WAR HAWK 4. CELSIUS beat BOBCAT JACK with Zero Hour 5. TIKI BOOM beat PARTY PIRATE 6. EL PIKADOR beat RATCHET with Bolt Strike Alpha
Notables: The Party Pirate again looked in pretty rough shape, he has proven to be a sort of Jekyll and Hyde thus far. He got up and laughed after the match and then went backstage with several of the ring girls.
When asked about the challenge by Honest Abe, Tick Tock laughed and said, no problem, his insurance policy will make sure he wins. At that point Tick Tock's secretary whispered into his ear. "What do you mean he's fighting Ratchet on the other show next week? I'll see about this! It's an outrage!" At that Tick Tock stormed off.
TOP FIVE CONTENDERS: Celsius, Squatch, Connor, Krusher Khan, Fahrenheit
One more week of house shows before the first IFC monthly PPV - AGGRESSION!!

Man you are on a tear with these shows! Love the direction you're going with Party Pirate. I have a D6 chart that I'm playing with that determines how Pirate shows up (if at all).
Bring on the action!
