Smack Talk King of the Cosmos EditionSmack: Hello, fight fans. Gordon G. Smack here, and we are not far away from our next major event, King of the Cosmos. We went from 16 competitors, and now we're down to the final four. But before we get to the tournament matches, let's cover what else you'll be seeing on this show: ISGP Internet Championship Preshow Match Fire Ant (c) defends the title against a debuting fighterSmack: As per usual, we'll start things off with the Dark Match for the ISGP Internet Championship, airing live before the show, and will be on my website 24 hours later. Fire Ant has been on a hot streak since becoming the champion, amassing 4 successful defenses since winning the title, nearing the defense record of 5, currently held by Mr. Grappling II. This defense will be against a brand new competitor to Smack Network, but not a completely new person to the Fight Pass Network of promotions. I guarantee you that this will be a shocking return. ISGP Scientific Championship Vincitor (c) vs. Mr. Grappling IISmack: We now go on to the first championship match for the night. On the first episode of Smash TV, Vincitor won the show's first Scientific Rules Match, and made his intentions known that he would go after then champion JJ Strife for the title. Eventually, the match came, and Vincitor would become the champion. However, before this match, Vincitor and Strife would be met with fighters selected by the other man, with both losing. As a result, a #1 Contender's Match would be contested, with Mr. Grappling II, the fighter that defeated Vincitor, beating Mousawa, the fighter who defeated Strife. Can Mr. Grappling defeat Vincitor again and claim the Scientific Championship, or will Vincitor manage to turn back his first challenger? Career Threatening Match Gordon G. Smack vs. Big Chaddy CoolSmack: OK, I'm going to level with everyone listening. I can't stay unbiased about this match. Chaddy, you've been nothing but a loser. You lost to Boston Terror, you lost to Hard Knox Haggerty, you lost to Insane O'Mac, and you lost to Milwaukee Beast. I gave you SO MANY chances to turn things around, and every time you fail, you take it out on someone. You tried to end Insane O'Mac's career. We haven't seen Bobcat Jack since your attack, and I've had it up to here with your behavior. I'm going to put your career in my company out to pasture where it belongs. ISGP Unified Sectors Duos Championship World Warriors (c) vs. #FFGSmack: That's about enough with my match. Moving on, we have the inaugural US Duos Champions, Ken Po and Tiger Stryker, going up against #FFG's Du5tin and Mister J. Du5tin has his hands full tonight, but more on that later. The World Warriors won the US Duos Championship in the third Duo Destiny Tournament, last eliminating Hypergalaxy Heat to win the titles, and bested Rough House for their first defense. On the other side of the match, #FFG may have taken a first round elimination to the eventual runners-up, but since then, they've been on a roll. Whether in singles or tag action, Du5tin and Mister J have gained considerable momentum, beating the new team known as the Berserkers to take the #1 Contender's spot, and Mister J even defeated Tiger Stryker in singles competition. Will we see new Duos Champions? Special Attraction Match Mr. Beefy vs. MonumentSmack: This is a match I'm really looking forward to. I knew I had to convince the Agents of Time to net me Monument on a Special Attraction Contract. I watched his matches as a kid, and I was awed by his size and strength. I wanted to give him a capable first opponent, and the best way to do that was in a match that Monument is the king of: the Battle Royal. Mr. Beefy won the match where only 3 competitors scored eliminations, the other two being Mutt and Nerio. All I have to say to Beefy is good luck, because you're going to need it. ISGP Unified Sectors Championship Maxx Damage (c) vs. Maddog BaughmanSmack: I won't lie to you guys: I considered giving this match a stipulation with how wild these two can get, but I ultimately decided against it. I wanted to see how a normal match went first. Maxx Damage has been US Champion since unseating Mr. Uno at the IFC's Big 10 event, the match being held in Uno's underground fight ring. Since then, he's defended the title against Valentino Massacrare, a title match I rewarded the challenger with for his part in taking the belt off Uno, and against Knuckles Sanvich after losing a Proving Ground Match to reward the boxer with the opportunity. Maddog Baughman has since settled his long-standing rivalry with V.H.S. in a violent Chain Match, and has challenge for the US Championship, and has run the gauntlet against the other members of the Weapons of Mass Destruction, albeit losing via DQ against Blast Blasterson, but still looked stronger by the end of it. Hopefully these two can stay within the rules, but I have my doubts. ISGP All-Earth Championship Boston Terror (c) vs. Dante GiordanoSmack: Talk about a dream match. Two World Champions of different eras finally squaring of one-on-one for the illustrious All-Earth Championship. Boston Terror unseated Space Monkey for the gold after beating that failure Big Chaddy Cool at Aces High. Giordano has been embroiled in quite a number of feuds, losing a spot in the King of the Cosmos Tournament against Massacrare, then saved from a post-match beating by to men very familiar to him: Danish Dynamite and Grande Reyes. After the Massacrare matches, Giordano and his allies partook in a Round Robin Challenge to challenge for the All-Earth Championship, which ended in a tie. This resulted in the most competitive Tomoe-sen, or Dogfight Rules Match, that Fight Pass has ever seen, with Giordano gaining the two straight falls for the win after about 9 exchanges. In the midst of allt his, Terror defended the All-Earth Championship against another dream match opponent, Tanah, in an Open Challenge, then staved off Nerio in a Proving Ground Match, preventing a 3-Way Elimination Match. Terror looks to become an All-Earth Champion at or even surpassing the level of Giordano, and a win against the dominant former champion is a good step in that direction. ISGP Heritage Championship Insane O'Mac (c) vs. Hard Knox HaggertySmack: In our semi-main event of the evening, we have the Heritage Championship Match. Since winning the title off of Airwolf at IFC's Box Office Bombshell, Insane O'Mac has the distinction of being the longest reigning and most defending champion in the title's IFC/Smack Network history, amassing 44 cards and 5 defenses. However, Mac has a tall order ahead of him in the form of Hard Knox Haggerty. After winning The Dream Match II against Red Cyclone, it seems as though Haggerty punched his ticket to a Heritage Championship match. That is, until Big Chaddy Fool stuck his nose into things. I made a #1 Contender's Match, and Haggerty won again. Then Big Baddy Tool tried to end Mac's career with a powerbomb off the top rope which sent him through the ring. He would fail ONCE AGAIN in a Proving Ground Match against Mac, and now here we are. Can Mac slay yet another giant, or will the Mayor of Earth become an Intergalactic-level Champion once again? King of the Cosmos Tournament Cosmic Crown Provisional ISGP Grand Prix Championship Red Cyclone (9) vs. Krusher Khan (5) UK Bruiser (3) vs. Du5tin (15)Smack: Finally, we have the last of the King of the Cosmos matches. We start things off with the Semifinal matches. First we have 9th seed Red Cyclone facing 5th seed Krusher Khan. I should note that these seeds aren't ranked on ability, but were the result of a random drawing. Despite this, the battle of the former C.R.A.P. founders is a sure-fire hard-hitting contest. Talking about the paths to get to this point, Red Cyclone qualified against Big Cub, beat Knuckles Sanvich in the first round, then unseated Thock in the Quarterfinals. Meanwhile, Krusher Khan qualified against Huron, before going on to beat Punxsutawney Bill in Round 1, then Milwaukee Beast in the Quarterfinals.
The second Semifinal match pits 3rd seed UK Bruiser against 15th seed Du5tin. Now, you want to talk about how seeding isn't about skill, look no further than right here. Du5tin is on an impressive win streak since his first match loss to Hypergalaxy Heat, and it seems like nothing is going to stop him anytime soon. He qualified against Tiger Stryker, one half of the US Duos Champions, then beat Stu Masters in Round 1 before taking Valentino Massacrare out in the Quarterfinals. Not only that, but Du5tin is geared to potentially have 3 matches in a single night, also competing for the aforementioned US Duos titles against the World Warriors. However, you can't discredit his fellow Semifinalist. UK Bruiser, a 4x ISGP Kombat Champion, qualified against Popeye Mulligan, took it to Soldier Ant in Round 1, then spoiled another potential double duty by taking Ken Po, the other half of the US Duos Champions, in the Quarterfinals.
Whoever wins this tournament will not only hold the Cosmic Crown, an artifact of unimaginable power, and have the right to be known as the King of the Cosmos for the rest of the year, but will be crowned the Provisional ISGP Grand Prix Champion, a special title that will be contested for in tournaments held on Lights Out events, and whoever is the holder of this title when we reach King of the Cosmos next year, will not only be recognized as the first official champion, but will challenge for the Heritage Championship. Well, that will do it for this edition of Smack Talk. Don't go away, because King of the Cosmos is coming VERY soon!

Du5tin can get on a roll, especially after a win, as that 5 Star Suplex can become a one shot killer

After King of the Cosmos Location: Owner's OfficeAfter his loss of the Heritage Championship, Insane O'Mac, alongside Mr. Grappling II, enter the office of Gordon G. Smack. Smack: Hey, great show, right? Sorry about the loss, Mac. Mac: Haggerty was the better man tonight. He'll make a great champion. Smack: So, come here to talk about a rematch? Mac: No. I'm giving my notice. Grappling: So am I. Smack: Wait, what? Why? Mac: I wish to join my brothers in arms in the IFC. The title was the biggest thing preventing me from doing so. We're going directly after Mr. Uno and his gang. Smack: And you? Grappling: I've been speaking with the other members of the GRC, and they want to mobilize a force against Powermonger consisting of the other Sector Heads. They want us to make sure he stays in line. Smack: I guess they started that out with bringing in Roy? Grappling: Correct. Smack: I guess I can't stop you. OK, you both got your releases. Mac: I have one more request. Could my last match here be with Monument? Smack: Oh, absolutely. That match is a license to print money, we'd be stupid to let that go. Mac leaves the office after shaking hands with Smack. Grappling: I also have one last request. Well, not so much from me. The GRC would like to discuss a change of power. Smack: You mean they want to replace me? Grappling: That is correct. You will still have major shares in the company, as well as be a matchmaker, on top of your other duties as contracted talent and announcer. However, one member of the Commission would like to take the day-to-day operations. They gave me this number to discuss things. Mr. Grappling II gives Smack a business card with a phone number. Smack, shocked, immediately dials the number. ??: Hello? Smack: This Luke Rocket? Luke: Yes. Smack: OK, before we discuss ANYTHING, I want to know one thing: You related to Powermonger? Luke: I am. I'm his illegitimate son. Smack: So why aren't you going for some hostile takeover stuff with the other owners? Luke: I'm not a trained fighter, nor am I a licensed manager. However, what I am that can combat my father is a promoter. The rest of the Commission can fight him directly. I wish to challenge him by providing a better program with better talent, and hopefully to lighten that load a little from you. You laid the groundwork exceptionally, and I want to work with you to make it better. Smack: When I was given this gig, I was told to make it better than anything your daddy dearest could come up with. I was originally gonna call and tell you to shove it, but when I saw your name, and now that I know you're related, I think we can make some arrangements. OK, you got a deal. Coming Soon Smack Network becomes...Ring of Power

Ring of Power TV #1Smack: Welcome, everyone, to Ring of Power! Now before we begin tonight's event, I want to introduce you all to the new head of operations: Luke Rocket!
Luke Rocket walks the ring and shakes Gordon G. Smack's hand.
Luke: Thank you for the introduction, Gordon. Now, with a new leader at the helm will come some changes. While the 5 special event line-up will remain the same, the 2 weekly show idea will not. We will only have one main program, with one slight exception. For this exception, I would like to bring out the current Grand Prix Champion, Du5tin.
Du5tin comes out, wearing both the Grand Prix and US Duos titles over his shoulders.
Luke: This news should be good for you. As of this moment, you are no longer the provisional Grand Prix Champion. You are now the first champion. Also the Grand Prix Championship will now be a trade-in title for any title of your choosing...with a few conditions:
Grand Prix Championship Trade-In Conditions *Cannot trade for Internet Championship *Can only trade for US Duos Championship if you have a partner *Must notify of trade in advance
Luke: Now as for how the trade will work, there will be a special point system for the holder of the championship. When you successfully defend the title, you will garner Tournament Points, TP for short, depending on how well you do in your match. The aim is the win the match in as dominant a manner as possible. 4 points is the maximum for a dominant performance, 1 is the least you can earn for a back and forth match. The costs for each title is as follows:
Title Shot TP Costs Heritage: 10 TP US or All-Earth: 8 TP Scientific or US Duos: 6 points (must have partner for US Duos)
Luke: When the title is vacated, a new champion will be crowned in the original Champions of Infinity Tournament. As for your first defense, Du5tin. You will compete in a Three Way Eliminator with both members of the World Warriors. Whichever potential challenger that escapes defeat will be your first challenger.
Scientific Rules Match Popeye Mulligan vs. Justice Yuji Popeye Mulligan wins (BACKDROP DRIVER) Flawless Victory
World Warriors vs. Rocket Riot Express Ricky Riot def. Ken Po (WORLD ROCKER)
Du5tin attacks both World Warriors with the Grand Prix Championship after the match.
Death Star Live Guest: Insane O'Mac Death Star: Hey, ladies, gents, and everything in between! It is I, your Awesome Neighborhood Death Star with a brand new talk show called "Death Star Live" (yeah, it stinks, I know, I'm workin' on it.) Now let's bring out my first guest, the former Heritage Champion, AKA a LOSER! Give it up for Insane O'Mac!
Insane O'Mac walks in and sits down in the obviously much cheaper-looking stool compared to the super comfortable one Death Star gets.
Death Star: So how's it goin', Mac? Can I call you Mac? Mac and Cheese? O'Mac Donald? Yeah, that's the one! Anyway, word on the street is that you're leaving soon. Is that true, and if so, is it because you're a coward?
Mac: Yes, I'm leaving, and no, I'm not a coward. I'd tell you my reasoning, but that information is classified.
Death Star: Yeah sure, whatever. So are you like leaving right away or what, cause I call your locker room when you leave.
Mac: Hate to burst your bubble, but I'm not leaving yet. I have one last big match set for my final match here. As you should know, I've been known for slaying giants, either in the form of huge lifeforms or big groups. I'm ready to take on my biggest challenge. I'm calling you out, Monument. I-
Death Star laughs himself out of his seat.
Death Star: Oh man, that's rich! You ACTUALLY think you can take on that big lummox?! You are gonna be eaten alive!
Insane O'Mac takes the cheap stool he was sitting on, and cracks it over Death Star's head before hitting SECTOR2SECTOR from the top rope to Death Star propped up on his comfy chair, knocking it back with him sitting on it.
Krusher Khan's 100th Match Krusher Khan vs. UK Bruiser UK Bruiser wins (SOLID KNEE PLUS)
ISGP Internet Championship Fire Ant (c) vs. Papa Dhark Papa Dhark wins (YOGA INFERNO) Flawless Victory Time: 0:20 Papa Dhark becomes the 30th ISGP Internet Champion

From the Desk of Luke RocketLuke: Good evening, everyone. Since I have assumed control of this brand, I have made it a mission to create something exciting and different compared to the competition. As such, one of my orders of business is to adjust and work on the ranking system and how placement on it will matter in regards to title challenges. First, the ranking system has been simplified to simply giving a single point for wins, and taking a point for losses. However, streaks and their x5 modifier will remain intact, and will play a big part in deciding title challengers. It is best to try to maintain a winning streak here in Ring of Power so you are more likely to go for top titles. Which leads me to how position will affect what you can challenge for. You must be within a certain range of ranking if you wish to challenge for a majority of our titles. Here is what we have in regards to that: Title Ranking RequirementsHeritage: #1-#10 All-Earth: #1-#20 Unified Sectors: #1-#20 Unified Sectors Duos: Any Team Scientific: #1-#30 Grand Prix: Anyone Internet: Anyone Luke: To compete for the Heritage Championship, you must be within the Top 10. For the Territorial Titles (All-Earth and Unified Sectors) you must be within the Top 20. Finally, for the Scientific Championship, you must rank in the Top 30. The Grand Prix, Internet and US Duos titles will not have such limitations, given the respective titles' trade-off mechanic, open challenge mechanic, and open to all teams. Now before we end things off, I would like to introduce one more thing. A new title will be coming to Ring of Power. While we don't normally recognize weight divisions, this title will be something special never before seen in any fight club in this universe. Introducing... ISGP Openweight Championship *Matches between Heavyweights (236 and over) and Jr. Heavyweights (235 and under) will be two-parted. *First part establishes who will gain time limit advantage *Second part is a 3-minute timed match, with draw going to the winner of the advantage round *Matches of same weight classes is normal *Title will be recognized as Rank #3, bumping up all titles over it by 1 (Heritage is #7, All-Earth is #6, US is #5, and Scientific is #4) *Contenders must be ranked #1 through #30, and, along with the Scientific Championship, will be categorized as a "Style Title" Luke: A 16-man tournament for this title will be coming soon, with all first round matches being Heavyweight vs. Jr. Heavyweight, and fought under the 2-round system. That will do it for today's announcements. Ring of Power will air soon with more exciting action.

Ring of Power TV #3Space Monkey vs. Mr. Ion Space Monkey wins (TAIL WHIP)
Smack Talk Live Guest: Red Cyclone Smack: So Cyclone. You say that you have a pitch for a potential challenge to Hard Knox Haggerty. The floor is yours.
Cyclone: I know what people are thinking. We have already faced each other twice, so the dream match aura is faded. That is a statement that I cannot disagree with. But the thing is: It's not all about just dream matches, but being the best in the world. And right now, Haggerty has physical proof of that with the Heritage Championship. So I challenge Haggerty to a match of my homeland's design: A Red Surrender Match.
Smack: A Red Surrender Match?
Cyclone: Yes. You must make your opponent surrender after making them bleed. It is a brutal match where I come from, and most who lose this are often never the same as when they first competed in it. It takes a real killer instinct to compete in and win this kind of match.
Caloray vs. Turbo Turbo wins (AFTER EFFECT)
