Hi folks!
With the style of play I'm currently enjoying, I am considering "sanctioning" a couple more feds to give me more World Championships for wrestlers to pursue (in career mode). But, I'm not so sure as to how to divide my wrestlers/fighters up.
For example, do I have one World Title for the more Earth-like wrestlers (like the All-Earth title)? Do I have one World Title for the more sci-fi characters? I'm interested in hearing from those of you who play multiple feds as to what are some logical ways to divide these wrestlers up!
Thanks in advance for any and all feedback!

I think the Earth bound guys have the All Earth Title be the title they fight over and a Sci-Fi Title for the non-Earth guys is a good concept, maybe have it tied with Rozwell and call it the Area 51 Title...

So I kind of go by look and style. My Deep South roster is your more rough and tumble guys. Spice Zone is masked guys and flyers. My Mid-Atlantis is your more traditional style guys. Some guys also go together IMO so I tend to preserve what I feel are more natural feuds.
If I get bored or dislike the direction I just shake it up. There's guy that posted a great contract system for Face to the Mat I have used in the past and really like. It adds a random element and really encourages roster movement.

I will go deeper into my philosophy for Deep South. For that one I simply add guys that I think would have been in Mid-South or Memphis back in the day. So there I have a lot of tough guys, patriotic gimmicks and foreign threats.
So there I have the general core of JT Royal, Roy Hunter, Big South and Steve Stampede. Then with those considerations American Beetle, American Sheik, Krusher Khan, Red Cyclone and Cosmic Nightmares get added. Hard Knox Haggerty, Kamala, Headhunter, Mad Dog Baughman and Regal Roos were all obvious adds from there. So there's a definite theme building. Then I would just go through my cards and add guys or sometimes someone like the Chainsaw Cuties get released who are meant for the area.

Tim Rocket Promotions was the hardest roster for me. I had to build up my Mid-Atlantis history so that some of their roster getting poached was meaningful. I was heavily inspired by the original CPC angle for that. PowerMonger gave himself and his associates all the belts to start with.

I used lost sectors to create multiple feds. North Forest - all animal type cards (Rocky) Central Space - all alien types Etc Then I have the champs from each sector battle to determine who gets the IFC title shot.
Also have a glitter sector and may start a Duos sector.
