Bionic Elbow #3IFC #1 ResultsThe first non-tournament IFC pay-per-view card is now complete, and it did not disappoint! The crusade of the duo of Tick Tock and Comet has partway come to an end, with Comet getting a win in the opening contest against Tick Tock, putting an end to Tick Tock's 2 Win Streak. However, Rabbid would defeat Saint Nick in the main event to gain his third win in his Win Streak, making him the next #1 Contender to the Grand Championship. Celsius, Yoko-Ohno and Ken Po earned their first win by defeating Ratchet, Rocky and Death Star respectively. Party Pirate and Vincitor move up to two wins at the expense of their opponents, Tiki Boom and The Messenger, putting them back down to zero. Finally, Grand Champion Punk A.D. remains undefeated by dashing the championship hopes of Warhawk, who was but one win away from being the next title contender. Grand Championship Contention ReportRabbid is the first fighter to amass a Win Streak of 3, and as a result, will be the next contender to the Grand Championship. The ISGP has scheduled the title match for IFC #2, and any fights that Rabbid may have before this will not take away his contendership, as his Win Streak is locked at three until the pay-per-view, where it will reset back down to 0, win or lose. Comet, Party Pirate, and Vincitor are in the two win group, and the next challenger will be decided at IFC #2, where Vincitor and Party Pirate will face off. As for Comet, he has elected to fight Rabbid at Throwdown #5, and if he wins, Comet will get a title match against either Rabbid or Punk A.D. after IFC #2. Bobcat Jack, Celsius, Yoko-Ohno and Ken Po all have one win in their Win Streaks, with all but Bobcat Jack getting their wins at the IFC #1 pay-per-view event. Tick Tock (2), Tiki Boom (1), The Messenger (1), and Warhawk (2) have all lost their Win Streaks at IFC #1 Throw Down with the SentinelsIn a previous interview, Saint Nick told Bionic Elbow that "if anybody wants to join the IFC, they will have to go through us [The Sentinels]." Well, that challenge has been accepted, as the Agents of Time has now found a batch of 16 new fighters who have the opportunity to join the IFC roster, but they must fight the Sentinels to do so. They do not have to win their fights, but they just need to merely impress the Sentinels in their battle. The first fight will take place at Throwdown #4, and all other Sentinel Showdowns will take place during all future Throwdown shows. The first Sentinel Showdown will feature Alexander facing someone who refers to himself as Freakenstein. It should also be noted that Sentinel Showdown matches do not award points for Grand Championship contention for either side. This is strictly a tryout match. IFC Throwdown #4 Card Sentinel Showdown Alexander vs. Freakenstein Rocky vs. The Messenger Honest Abe vs. Krusher Khan Connor vs. Death Star Tiki Boom vs. Warhawk

Good stuff. I like the flawless victory stuff and your point system. Thanks. As an aside, I'm starting to track how many Flawless Victories (and Fast Forwards) each competitor has gotten, and the leading people are Tiki Boom, Vincitor, Rocky, and the Grand Champion Punk A.D. all with 2.

Bionic Elbow #4 Pre-PPV Grand Championship ReportMany possible title contenders have been established in the last three Throwdown events, especially with the Sentinel Comet, who gained his third win by defeating Rabbid at the 5th Throwdown event. However, he is not guaranteed a shot at the title right away, as he has elected to accept a IFC #1 rematch with Tick Tock, where if he loses, he will be sent back down to a 0 Win Streak. However, if Comet wins the rematch, he will face either Rabbid or Punk A.D. at Throwdown #8, and whoever wins that fight will meet either Party Pirate or Vincitor at IFC #3.
Along with the IFC #2 Grand Championship Contender's Fight, we also have 2 Win fighters Celsius and Bobcat Jack squaring off. However, their contendership will not be guaranteed, as we need to discover how Comet fares in his above mentioned rematch. If Comet loses, the winner between Bobcat Jack and Celsius will get the Throwdown #8 Championship Fight in Comet's place. They also may have to put up their place should Comet win.
A note to mention about the Win Streak system is that if you have 3 wins, and you have a date set for your title match, you are guaranteed that title match, and fights held before that match leave you in no risk of losing your contendership, such as with Rabbid, and whoever comes out the winner between Party Pirate or Vincitor. A Ratchet in the Title Picture? After an admittedly lackluster start in the IFC, it seems like Ratchet has started to gain a head of steam in a major way, by not only defeating Tick Tock, but the #1 Contender Rabbid at Throwdowns 5 and 6 respectively. Like Warhawk before her, Ratchet is looking to make her third win be against the current Grand Champion in a non-title contest. When asked about her current Win Streak, she had this to say:
"I'll be the first to admit, I was feeling I was over my head when I asked to join the IFC. But now, I'm ready to go, and nothing will stand in my way. I built the IFC from the ground up, and winning the Grand Championship is just the cherry on top of the sundae for me, as I look to lead the pack of not only the building process of the IFC itself, but the roster as a whole." Sentinel Showdown NewcomersThe Sentinel Showdowns have started with some promising results. Starting with the 6'10, 295 pound monster from the Intergalactic Collection of Freaks, Freakenstein, to the Andromedan luchadora La Cerdita, who got a decisive win over Saint Nick, to the mysterious Little Miss Spookiness. With the success of the weekly Showdowns, the ISGP has decided to continue showcasing these new talents, not only by continuing to have a new Showdown each week, but by having two new competitors face off every few weeks, starting at IFC #2, where Freakenstein and La Cerdita will face off to see who gets the first point of the new blood.
The next three Showdown newcomers have already been decided. At Throwdown #7, we will see Mr. Ion, a well-loved superhero from Plorix. Buck Tomkins, a cowboy and undefeated barroom brawler from El Prado, will hope to transition over to the fighting arena on the 8th Throwdown. Finally, at Throwdown #9, we will see yet another lady fighter make her debut, as Butterfly Haley Jean will hope to make her brother's dream a reality as she steps into the Nil Zone to challenge one of the Sentinels. Bionic Elbow #5IFC #2 ResultsAnother pay-per-view has passed, and with it, two challengers to the Grand Championship have emerged. Comet's defeat by Tick Tock caused the later fight between Bobcat Jack and Celsius was turned into a Contendership Fight for Throwdown #8, which Celsius was able to win. This will determine who will face Party Pirate at IFC #3, since he defeated Vincitor in another Contendership Fight within seconds. The reason as to why Celsius gets a title fight before Party Pirate is due to the latter's Contendership Fight being scheduled in advance for the pay-per-view, which will grant a better pay day, win or lose, while Celsius gets a chance for the same, whereas Party Pirate's is guaranteed.
Other significant bouts include Connor winning a Sentinel fight by defeating his Second Realm Saint partner Alexander, La Cerdita winning the first newcomer point fight against Freakenstein, Yoko-Ohno beating Ken Po, and Tiki Boom defeating Krusher Khan
Finally, we head to our main event. Punk A.D., who comes into this pay-per-view 8-0 in the fight records, defends his Grand Championship for the first time against the beast Rabbid, who garnered his 3 Wins by defeating Sentinels, specifically Celsius, Alexander, and Saint Nick respectively. Despite the strength advantage of the challenger, Punk A.D. was able to defeat Rabbid 2 falls to 0, defending the Grand Championship, and extending his winning streak to 9. Post-PPV Championship ContentionCelsius and Party Pirate go up to three wins, and both are scheduled for title fights against Punk A.D. Tiki Boom moves up to two wins after defeating Krusher Khan, to go along with his victory against Warhawk at Throwdown #4. La Cerdita, Tick Tock, Connor, and Yoko-Ohno move up to one win by defeating Freakenstein, Comet, Alexander, and Ken Po respectively. Due to their defeats, Krusher Khan (1), Comet (3), Bobcat Jack (2), and Vincitor (2) all start back at the bottom of the Win Streak barrel.
Fighter BiographiesLast issue, we mentioned some tidbits about the next batch of newcomers for the Sentinel Showdown (Mr. Ion, Buck Tomkins, and Butterfly Haley Jean.) Readers would like us to go into more depth on the newcomers, which we will happily oblige to. However, this issue will be dedicated to chronicling the first three fighters to come in, with the next issue preceding IFC #3 taking a look at the fighters of Throwdown's 7-9, and after that, all post pay-per-view issues will have a Fighter Biographies section for the upcoming fighters of that set. Without further delay, let's begin.
We start this by covering the near 7-foot tall, near 300 pound former bouncer by the name of Freakenstein. He comes to us from the fight club known as the Intergalactic Collection of Freaks (ICOF.) He had taken some time after losing the ICOF Championship to heal nagging injuries, but now he is raring to go, despite his recent setbacks so far in the IFC.
We now move on to one of the people that defeated Freakenstein: La Cerdita. Hailing from Andromeda, a sector which houses some of the greatest animal fighters in all of the cosmos. La Cerdita is looking to make her mark along with some of the greats such as the famed AniMen of Andromeda.
Finally, we look at Little Miss Spookiness. Admittedly, not much is known about her, other than she comes from Earth, specifically in Helsinki, Finland, and that she was once a professional wrestling manager. It's believed that she has a certain "magic" to her, and it's rumored that it has to do with the playing cards she carries with her. Why she decided to go from manager to fighter here in the IFC is anybody's guess.
