From the Desk of Bret Fletcher Bret: Good evening, ladies and gentlemen. This is the Brawl-Stars General Manager, Bret Fletcher, here to announce more shake-ups to the roster. First and foremost, since the inception of Brawl-Stars, we have had to deal with the petty squabbling between the Duo of the New Galactic Order. At first, I thought allowing them to have a third member to team with them would quell these internal battles. Unfortunately, that turned out to not be the case. At this moment, I am disbanding the New Galactic Order, and they will continue on as singles competitors.
Now the question brought upon this whole ordeal is "Where will I put them?" That will present no problem, as I have been approached with my first camp draft. Honest Abe has taken both American Sheik and Blue Collar Brawler, and will bring them up to the IFC main touring roster as part of his Team America camp, and under the Duo called the Patriots of Pain. Because of this, two spots have opened up in the Battle Star Division. At our next show, we will finally see Pullos and Pat Crase compete in the Battle Star #1 Contender's Match.
As for the vacant Gemini Star Division spot, that has been filled by the hottest new tag team on the combat sports scene. The team of Danny Demo and Scott Derby, collectively known as Demolition Derby, will face the Cold-Blooded Hearts in the Gemini Star #1 Contender's Match. Due to the separation of the New Galactic Order, we will also see the first title defense of the Nasty Girls be challenged by the new #1 Contenders, the first champions, the Screaming Eagles. And finally, as for Big Chaddy Cool, he was also personally requested to the IFC main touring roster by the Glitter star ShowStopper to form her own Duo with him, which will debut alongside the Patriots of Pain at Gordon G. Smack's as of yet named recurring event.

Press EventIn a strange twist, instead of Bret Fletcher running the press conference, it's Powermonger that steps up to the podium. Powermonger: Ladies and gentlemen. My name is Tim Rocket Jr. Of course, you all know me more by my nickname, Powermonger. It has been a number of months since the literal blow-up of the IFC, and I feel as though I need to explain myself. As I've stated many a time, the Intergalactic Fight Club promotion has always been my birthright. My father is the acclaimed scientist and tag team wrestler Tim Rocket Sr. The IFC started some time after my father sadly passed away. That's a detail skimmed through in the history of the IFC. I had always thought I would be handed the IFC and carry on my father's legacy. That was not the case, as he instead handed his creation to the Sentinels: Saint Nick, Comet, Fahrenheit, and Celsius. Ever since I came here, my mission in life was to take back what was mine. My first plan was the obvious one: Take the Intergalactic Grand Championship. As they always say, "He who holds the gold makes the rules." I would have revealed all this much sooner if I was the Grand Champion. Of course, that did not happen, so I went to my Plan B: The Second Realm Saints. I planted them into the Sentinels under the guise of a secret Fifth Vector. Which, while that does exist, they were not given the order from me to uphold them. Instead, we waited until the time was right, and pull the trigger on a betrayal. That DID work to a degree. Unfortunately, those demons showed their true colors and backstabbed me in favor of Infinitus. With my best-laid plans all in shambles, I resorted to what brought me to such power to begin with: Money. Of course, this all started with my stunt back at the Box Office Arena. I took the title that was rightfully mine, and left everyone literally in the dust. After this, I started a business venture with two of the most wealthy entities in the entirety of the Four Vectors. Before I continue, I will now introduce to you all my business partners. First, from Andromeda. He is the current President of the United States of Andromeda, Trunk. An elephant with a business suit and a bright red cap reading "Make Andromeda Great Again" steps out, and sits on the right side of Powermonger. Powermonger: Now, from Syria on Planet Earth. He is the owner of arguably some of the richest oil fields in his country, Mega$ Fortune. Mega$ Fortune steps out and sits on the left side of Powermonger. Powermonger: Together, we as The Conglomerate announce that we have combined our forces to buy out the talents here at IFC Brawl-Stars, and have created the newest IFC brand out of it, named after myself, of course. Ladies and gentlemen, I give you...PMI. Powermonger Incorporated. A PMI banner rolls down from behind the three. Powermonger: To start with, all members of the Brawl-Stars roster have all been signed to contracts to be the first to join PMI. Alongside them are everyone under the IFC's Powermonger Inc. camp. That means we'll see the likes of PMI Outshine, The Oddities, and Shadow Law on this promotion. This also includes the new signing I made, Atlas Stone. Along with them, during the IFC's down-time, we bought out some IFC contracts, so expect the following to join PMI in the future: *Black Jack *The Syndicate (Shogun, Mogoul, Gardemon) *Mega Power (to form Duo with Thunder Gold called Super Freaks) *Princes of the Universe (UK Bruiser & Freddie Mercurio) *Rocket Riot Express (Ricky Riot & Robby Rocket) Powermonger: Finally for talent pick-ups, we can unveil some brand new signings that have been made for Powermonger Inc. These new signings are as follows: *Eradicator (PMI and will form a Duo with Atlas Stone as The Bodyguards) *Gold Usher *Ojyma *Tex Cassidy *Horseplay *Southpaw McGraw *Road Rage *Mr. Excellent *Puma Jr. *Full Metal Morishima *H.T. Mahoney *Los Positivos Negativos (La Estrella Negativa & El Hijo De Los Negativos) *Midnite Dynamite (Stan Manley & Bobby Bomb) *The Galactics (Proton & Neutron) *Rough House (Milwaukee Beast & Crusher Lebrewski) Powermonger: And lastly, we wrap things up with the final bits of information left, and those are our championships and how PMI is going to start. First, we'll discuss the championships. We have commissioned the creation of three brand new championships, with three established title belts used for PMI. Starting with the 3 new titles, we have... PMI Marathon MedalPowermonger: The only championship not presented as a championship, this is a gold medal that will be fought for in 10-minute Marathon Matches. Of course, the competitor with the higher score wins. However, a draw will always go to the title holder. No Sudden Death will be in effect here in PMI. PMI Brass Knuckles ChampionshipPowermonger: A title for hard-hitters. All matches for this title are fought under Brass Knuckles rules, meaning both competitors start the fights with brass knuckles. A classic example of a "hardcore" championship that can be enjoyed by fight fans both new and old. PMI Synergy ChampionshipPowermonger: Our Duos Championship, plain and simple. There is not much to say about this championship. With that said, we move on to our established titles. PMI Lethal Lottery ChampionshipPowermonger: This is a title that everyone in the IFC enjoyed. For our weekly program, Power Struggle, the start of every card will feature a Lethal Lottery Championship match. The format will for the most part be the same as normal: Defend the championship 3 times against random opponents in an Open Challenge manner to earn a match with a Powermonger Inc. Camp fighter. However, the winner will NOT receive a 1 million credit prize, as you will soon hear. PMI Symbol of Power ChampionshipPowermonger: This is a title I just had to bring back as the customary second prize title. However, there will be no trading off with this title once again, as that will be reserved for the Lethal Lottery Championship. That is because the biggest prize in PMI will be... PMI Gold Standard ChampionshipPowermonger: The Grand Championship I took will be the PMI Gold Standard Championship. Here is how it will all work: You want a title shot? Beat the champion in a non-title, timed match. If you win, the next week's show will be for the title. However, you have to beat your own time, or else the champion will retain. Winning on a Fast Forward will reward a non-timed title match. The other way you can earn a non-timed title shot: Win the PMI Lethal Lottery Championship, defend 3 times, then vacate the title after beating the PMI member brought before you. Champions and EventsPowermonger: Like Brawl-Stars, PMI's Power Struggle will be a weekly program. Now, as for the champions, the Brawl-Stars champions will be presented with some of my titles. The following Brawl-Stars will be inaugural champions: *Thunder Gold: Symbol of Power Championship *Airwolf: Lethal Lottery Championship *Nasty Girls: Synergy Championship *Brickyard Brown: Brass Knuckles Championship Powermonger: Our first episode of Power Struggle will see the first Lethal Lottery Open Challenge to open up the night. We will also see the start of the Powermonger Marathon Invitational. Four competitors will compete in Marathon Matches throughout our first set of shows. All fighters will face each other with all match totals being added up. The fighter with the best combined score will be the first holder of the Marathon Medal. The four competitors are as follows: *Mino Ruski *Pat Crase *Mr. Excellent *Punxsutawney Bill Powermonger: As a matter of fact, here is the first Power Struggle Episode in full: PMI Lethal Lottery ChampionshipAirwolf (c) vs. A Mystery Opponent Synergy Contendership MatchCold-Blooded Hearts vs. Demolition Derby PMI Brass Knuckles ChampionshipBrickyard Brown (c) vs. Joe Pro Powermonger Marathon Invitational MatchMino Ruski vs. Punxsutawney Bill Super Freaks vs. Nu Breed Gold Standard Contendership MatchEradicator vs. R.B.I. Powermonger: Now you may be wondering, looking at this card "Who is the Gold Standard Champion?" The answer is quite simple: I am. That's right. I, Powermonger, am crowning myself the Gold Standard Champion. And if anyone wants to get to me, ALONG with the timed match, you'll have to get past one of my camp members. I hope you all enjoy MY IFC, our first episode will be premiering soon.

Gold Standard Championship Time Limit Match R.B.I. vs. PowermongerR.B.I. wins (MONEY SHOT DQ) Official Time: 1:00The Bodyguards jump R.B.I. after the match, and force him out of the ring. Powermonger: I know you didn't find Spanish Rose by yourself. You had to have had help finding her. I want to know who it is that helped you. A figure walks out of the entrance way, and it is revealed to be the former Brawl-Stars General Manager, Bret Fletcher. Bret: You won't have to look far, Powermonger. You're absolutely right. R.B.I. went to me to find a partner, because he knows something you don't realize. You said yourself that you want the IFC for yourself. So much so, you took a piece of the IFC, my piece, let me remind you. Brawl-Stars was my creation. You forget that I'm not just some simple member of the ISGP: I run talent relations. I hire and fire all talents involved in the IFC, and that includes Powermonger Incorporated. Again, you want the IFC, you'll have to keep dealing with me. And I won't go away until the IFC gets what it wants back: The Time Gem title belt. If I were you, I'd pay close attention to what's to come within the week. The Konishoner and I have a major announcement that you will want to listen very closely to.

From the Desk of PowermongerPowermonger: Bret. I understand everything you said. My father was a visionary in everything he did. That should be obvious with what we have here with the IFC. And now you throw a tournament celebrating his legacy without my consent? I would be more upset about this, but you were completely right. Partnering with the main IFC would help both of us, and I'm honestly certain that you letting me have all this because it takes a lot of responsibility off of you, along with the massive roster you've built up. So I will accept your proposal. We will be business partners, as long as I have this. But rest assured, my creation will trump the main IFC as a better program. And I will gladly put up this title against Crimson Cross at the finals, because I don't plan on losing this to R.B.I. anytime soon.
Now, onto what teams will represent Powermonger Incorporated, I had made this decision in advance before this announcement, and the ISGP Officials faxed me the details regarding how the 32 teams will be divided. Each brand gets 13 spots, with 6 free agents coming in that will be revealed on the IFC side of things, with 1 spot on each side reserved for the respective Duos Champion. With all this said, I will reveal the 24 qualifying teams and their 13 match-ups. Each of these match-ups will occur on episodes of Power Struggle This includes two former IFC teams that I signed to fill in the space.
1. Weapons of Mass Destruction vs. Nu Breed 2. Jisatsu Club vs. Rough House 3. Super Freaks vs. Dream Team 4. The Conglomerate vs. Checks and Balances 5. Demolition Derby vs. Los Positivos Negativos 6. Princes of the Universe vs. PMI Outshine 7. Oddities vs. MNM 8. Shadow Law vs. Galactics 9. Cold-Blooded Hearts vs. Screaming Eagles 10.
