I am back, and hope to be posting more frequently. So far, I have 3 different promotions under the GFP (Global Fighting Promotions) umbrella: AEW (All-Earth Wrestling, which will have more of an old WWF feel hopefully), Mid-Atlantis (which will be Crockett + Mid-South + some IFC aliens and such), and the IFC itself. I'm playing all of them as 4 years into the merger under the GFP parent company, with the idea that each promotion also has their own history. Ok rambling aside, here is the first AEW card:
AEW #1: Tonght's program features the long-awaited title match between the All-Earth Champion, Dante Giordano, against Thunder Gold. Dante has been champion for 4 years, and Gold has been on a 1 year undefeated streak. In the main event, it'll be time to see who is better.
UK Bruiser dominates Bahamas Bull, beating him with the Solid Knee Plus. The other 2 members of the Samoan Hit Squad run down but Bruiser retreats into the crowd.
The mysterious newcomer, Gold Usher, quickly beats Blackjack with a massive knee lift. After the match, Usher throws down a ball and disappears in a bright, golden flash of light.
Powermonger walks out with Mega$ Fortune and the Eradicator. PM and Mega$ talk trash to the crowd, even berating some children in the front row! The golden flash of light is seen again and Gold Usher appears behind PM! Usher starts throwing punches at all 3 men. The shock of the sudden attack forces PM Inc to retreat to the back. Usher stands firm, looking for more of a fight as fans in the front row pat him on the back.
The AEW Special Forces (Firestopper and Desert Marine) get a big win over the WMD team of Blast and Maxx with the Desert Elbow on Blast.
Sam Dunk gets a quick win over Varsity with the Sam Dunk Slam. Varsity throws a tantrum after yet another loss.
AEW Tag Team Champions, the Hellbillies, have another dominant win, this time over the Samoan Hit Squad with the Roadkill Rally. Who will be able to stop these two beasts?
Scrapyard Dog beats Mega$ Fortune by DQ when Fortune launches a fireball at the Dog! SYD is injured for 5 cards
MAIN EVENT: In one hellacious back and forth match which saw many finishers hit, and both men surviving via PowerPlay several times, Dante Giordano retains his AEW title over Thunder Gold with a huge Cetus Slam! The fans erupt into cheers for their champion.

AEW #2: Bubba James gets a surprisingly quick win over Mr. Excellent with the Redneckbreaker. Bubba is very popular with the fans, and slaps hands on his way to the back.
A newcomer, H.T. Mahoney, shows up in the ring and says he's here to clean up the trash in AEW. He's going to lock away any troublemakers. He calls out "that drunken, lazy slob" Blue Collar Brawler. BCB comes down and the ref starts the match, but BCB hits a Fast Forward for a quick win! Mahoney is left seething in the ring.
To decide the next contenders for the AEW Tag Team titles, Disco Fever beat Powermonger and Mega$ Fortune with Bad Times to earn the title shot. Jaxx and Lucian bring some fans into the ring to disco with them after the win.
Hollywood Gunn absolutely beats Atlas Stone senseless, finally ending him with the Hollywood KO. Atlas had no offense in the match. The only thing that saved him from losing earlier than he did was a strong defense.
Boston Terror makes quick work of Sledge Hammerstein, taking him out with 2 Bad Attitudes to win.
American Sheik is dominating Mega Power when Thunder Gold runs down. They double team Sheik, beating him down with punches and axehandle blows. Sam Dunk and Blue Collar Brawler run down to stop the assault. The show ends with Mega Power and Thunder Gold shouting threats to Sheik, Sam, and BCB, who look ready to fight.

AEW #3: UK Bruiser hands Varsity another loss with the Solid Knee Plus. Varsity is beside himself!
As the AEW Special Forces wait in the ring, Powermonger walks out. He introduces the newest member of PM Inc., Mr. Excellent! PM says that their tag team dominance will begin now! It's a tremendous back and forth match, but PM takes out Firestopper with Dream Street.
In another great seesaw battle, Freddie Mercurio beats Redheaded Strangler with the Unicornsault. Freddie celebrates by singing for the fans.
Big Chaddy Cool quickly beats Rampage with the Master Blaster.
In a trios match, American Sheik, Sam Dunk, and Blue Collar Brawler get some justice against Mega Power, Thunder Gold, and Atlas Stone. BCB hits the Tri-Plex Attack on Stone for the win. Gold gets on the mic and challenges Sheik to a strap match on the next card, and Gold says if he loses, he will leave AEW!
In a non-title match, which would turn out to be an incredibly brutal fight, Yoko Ohno squashes Dante Giordano with two Super Fuji Drops for the win. This will surely earn Yoko an All-Earth title match!
For the AEW Tag titles, in a quick win, The Hellbillies retain over Disco Fever when Jaxx tries starting a dance fight, and Deacon simply knocks him the f*** out. Lucian tries to revive his partner as the show ends.

AEW #4:Joe Pro beats Road Rage with the All-Pro Arm Bar. Rage tries to attack with his chain after the loss, but Joe wisely retreats.
The new team of Powermonger and Mr. Excellent already suffer their first loss, as Disco Fever hits Soul Train on PM right out of the gate! Mr. Excellent is stunned, while PM furiously argues with the ref.
STRAP MATCH: If Thunder Gold loses to American Sheik, he will leave AEW! AND SHEIK HITS A BIG MOVE (FFWD) ON GOLD, AND TAGS ALL 4 CORNERS (seriously, Gold rolled his POP 4 times in a row right after the FFWD. The dice hate Thunder Gold ) The fans are absolutely blowing the roof off the arena! As Sheik celebrates in the crowd, Gold walks to the back, being taunted with a rousing, "NA NA! NA NA NA NA! HEY HEY HEY! GOOOODBYE!"
WMD (Blast/Maxx) beat Samoan Hit Squad quickly with Blast Off on Tu'i.
Boston Terror beats Mega$ Fortune with the Bad Attitude. Not a good night for PM Inc.
Cinq hits a quick (FFWD) KO on Bubba James for an easy win.
Yoko Ohno earned an AEW Title shot on the last show, and his dominance continues as he hits 3 SUPER FUJI DROPS on Dante Giordano to win the title! Dante's 4 year reign as All-Earth Champion comes to a quick and shocking end. The show ends with the fans sitting in stunned silence as Yoko holds the belt over his head.
(Couples notes: I tried making this easier to read with the fighters names in bold. Also put the AEW logo in color as I plan to post all of my different promotions on this one thread. Any suggestions are welcome.)

MAW (Mid-Atlantis Wrestling) #1:
On tonight's program, in a grudge match main event, Ricky Stallion teams with his closest ally War Hawk to take on the self-proclaimed Dynamic Duo of Outlaw and Ravi Shing. And the feud of the year continues as Remington XT defends the Mid-Atlantis title against Cosmic Nightmare.
In a No DQ match, Tex Cassidy KO's Ojyma (FFWD) with a sneak attack Jawbreaker Lariat.
Shane Stud hits a shocking Belly-to-Belly Suplex right out of the opening bell on Dusty Plummer for a quick win. Shane: "I've been dominating here for awhile now. There is no one better than me on any roster in the GFP! I just proved that this sack of garbage (kicks Plummer, who is still on the mat) is inferior to me! I want my Heritage title shot! Ricky Stallion, you can't hide forever!!"
Midnight Dynamite quickly beat the Rocket N Riot Express with the Rocket Launch on, ironically, Rocket.
For the Mid-Atlantis title, Remington XT has an almost one-sided contest against Cosmic Nightmare, finishing it with the Bulldog Charge. Nightmare tries to attack after the bell, but XT fights him off.
In an insane tag team war, with a lot of tags made and brutal moves, Ricky Stallion and War Hawk beat the Dynamic Duo when Ricky puts Ravi down with Stallion Chops. All 4 men continue to fight after the bell, but more wrestlers and some officials run down to separate them. The fans are loving it!

I like the color addition and also the bold names, easy to read but stands out in a good way. WOW! At least in the GFPverse we have a Sheik over Thunder, wild how things work out. I like Thunder Gold, but my guy taking him out that fast is very cool. Yoko Ohno taking down Dante Giordano is another huge moment on that show, fun stuff...

Thanks CC! I was really shocked by both results. After Gold rolled his POP 4 times that quickly, I was literally sitting there staring at the cards and laughing.
