The territory approach is an interesting one, definitely, and one I might have to make an alternate universe for. With my main fed written to avoid the Galactic Cataclysm entirely with the Balance of Power angle, which saw Powermonger reclaim what he calls his birthright and take control of the IFC, this might be the way to go to incorporate the separate territorial structure. I'm not going to give up what I've created with the first fed completely. At least not at this point.
One thing I'm wondering, though. I assume "The Attempt" is supposed to be the events of IFC 2 with the Elite 8 and Infinitus?

One thing I'm wondering, though. I assume "The Attempt" is supposed to be the events of IFC 2 with the Elite 8 and Infinitus? Actually, ”The Attempt” is the term to described the Industrial Lands’ previous promoter’s failed attempt to take over all the sectors and unify them under one promotion. The other promoters in the Unified Sectors were able to prevent that from happening, thus preserving the territory system and the indefinite probation / suspension of the Industrial Lands. Think of it as when Vince was taking WWF global in the 80s, but completely failed and left his territory to the mercy of the other promoters. I think I explained it correctly...make sense?

This is pretty spot on. It's why they got probation and the US Title can't go there because they're not sanctioned.

So all those titles mentioned in the beginning (Grand, United Sectors, Terminal Velocity and All Earth) are all above each regional board? Basically on a higher tier than each region's titles?

Got my cards yesterday, great stuff. The Managers card is something I've wanted and having 6 characters is really cool. I'm like JJ_Strife in that my *IFC history is so rich in history, that changing it to a full Sector (Territory) system is not is the cards. I have a base plan for doing the Sectors System, which will be fun...

I am trying to work it out. My current thought is that I am going to have a TV show that carries the top feuds and the champions appear there and then those feuds and title programs will trickle down into the individual territories.

I'm a sucker for a territory system, so this plays right into that. I'm getting pumped up about the possibilities!
