I know the 3x4 hard toploaders are popular and used widely for the game, but the cards end up taking a lot of space. Has anyone gone back to soft plastic sleeves? I'm considering it.

No. I use those for a lot of other games where I need to shuffle a lot. I just like the look of the cards in the toploaders. Though I do agree, I am at the point where storage has become a challenge.

I like the hard plastic Top Loaders, the soft are good but the drawers I use hold a lot...

I caved and bought the last 35 pack of top loaders at WM. I just need a new storing system.

Hello. I just ordered my first few sets of cards and while waiting for them to arrive, I plan on ordering at least some soft sleeves. Is 2.5 x 3.5 the correct size for the cards, similar to MTG cards?

As for the sleeves, I always use the hard plastic top-loaders because they definitely protect the cards. It does make them take up more room, but the soft sleeves are not as good. I actually use them in a soft sleeve then into top-loader.
