This is a special report from The Barn in Central Space. Cowboy Bart Watson the new owner and CEO of the IFC is holding a press conference. Watson: Greetings fellow fight fans. I come to you this evening with some exciting news. The IFC has decided to pare down it's wrestling organization to two main federations. These federations will be the Universal Wresting Federation or the UWF, and the Galactic Wrestling Federation or the GWF. These two federations will each be governed by a Board of Commissioners. Each board will consist of four members. The following notice shows the makeup of the leadership teams for each federation. UWF B.O.C.
- Roy Hunter
- Senator Ichiban
- The Magistrate
- Mr. Uno
GWF B.O.C.
- Hank Farmer
- Phinneus Farmer
- Powermonger
- Rip Owens
Watson: These commissioners will be conducting a draft over the next several days to determine the starting rosters of these federations. The details of how that draft is conducted will be kept confidential for now, but the results of the draft will be posted as soon as the rosters are finalized, and the wrestlers are signed. I understand that the mix of commissioners that I have chosen to lead these organizations is quite a contrast. Well, that is exactly what I was going for. Not only will it be entertaining for these 8 men to work together, but I am also hoping that they balance each other out and keep each other from abusing their power. Once the rosters are finalized each federation will select 16 men to compete in their respective inaugural championship tournaments. The rosters will consist of 24 singles wrestlers and 6 tag teams for each federation. We will also be conducting a round robin tournament that will include each set of 6 tag teams competing to win the first tag team championships for each of these organizations. More news to follow.

UWF-1.1 The Barn, Central SpaceUniversal Heavyweight Championship Tournament (Round 1)Tiki Boom vs. Solomon Hezekiah (w/ Tex Cassidy) ---As a show of force Tex Cassidy, the leader of the Posse of Pain, (or PoP) decided to parade the entire team out for Solomon's match with Tiki Boom. Tex and the Texas Outlaws escorted Hezekiah to the ring. Roy Hunter came from the back and demanded that the Outlaws would need to leave ringside. With Tex Cassidy the only member of the team with a manager's license, he would be the only one allowed to stay. After a bit of fit throwing, Dirty Don and Slammin' Sammy relented and headed to the back.--- A very tough fought match between these massive individuals ended when Tex Cassidy managed to distract Tiki long enough for Solomon to smash him from behind and finish him off with a Shadow Mountain Bomb. Winner by way of pinfall - Solomon Hezekiah (Shadow Mountain Bomb)
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Big Country vs. Kenny Manitoba
---An impressive showing for the big Appalachian. Manitoba kicked out of four CRASHING STAMPEDES, but could not survive the 5th. Winner by way of pinfall - Big Country (CRASHING STAMPEDE)
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- U.K. Bruiser vs. Bodybag Burke (w/ Josh Johnson) ---The Ringmaster Josh Johnson, the leader of Freakshow proudly brought one of his prized destroyers to the ring, and subsequently saw him get destroyed. The match was over before it even began. U.K. Bruiser made quick work of Burke and then tried to get at Johnson, who made a quick escape to the back to the dismay of a very amped up Bruiser. Winner by way of submission - U.K. Bruiser (TRUE PAIN)
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Xero Gravity vs. Black Jack (w/ Lazarus) ---The show finished with some craziness as Black Jack illegally hit Gravity with the Flash Card and got a controversial pin. After the bell The Conglomerate (Lazarus, V.I.P, Roulette and Jack) all thrashed away at the injured Xero Gravity until help came from the back in the form of Steve Stampede, King Klondike and Grand Reyes. The Conglomerate then scattered like cockroaches as they celebrated their tainted victory. Winner by way of pinfall - Black Jack (FLASH CARD) --- (Xero Gravity suffered an injury that will leave him out of action for 10 cards) ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Round 1 will continue in UWF-1.2.

GWF-1.1 Dark Temple, Spice Zone
Galactic Heavyweight Championship Tournament (Round 1)
Crimson Cross vs. Ricky Stallion
---Am impressive showing by Crimson Cross as he controlled the match throughout. Eventually pinning Stallion after an impressive BOMBJACK.
After the match, the other Four Hordesmen hit the ring to try to lay a beatdown on Cross, but a few nifty maneuvers and Cross was able to escape the four thugs' grasp, as the crowd cheered him on for the impressive win.
Winner by way of pinfall - Crimson Cross (BOMBJACK)
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Black Mamba vs. Warzone (w/ Admiral Amstel)
---Amstel the leader of Cell Block 6 led his monstrous star to the ring. The match was back and forth. Just when Mamba seemed to get the upper hand, Powermonger decided to come to ringside. The history between PMI and Mamba is well known, and this momentary distraction gave Warzone the opening he needed to catch Mamba with the SOLITARY SLAM and roll him up for the win. A frustrated Mamba rolled out of the ring and tried to get at Powermonger, but security held him at bay, as Powermonger just smiled and taunted him.
Winner by way of pinfall - Warzone (SOLITARY SLAM)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Arcane Dragon vs. Sugar Kane (w/ Valentino Massacrare)
---With Powermonger being on the GWF Board of Commissioners, he has had to turn over the day-to-day operation of PMI to Valentino Massacrare. Most people still feel like Powermonger is calling the shots from the shadows. The heavily favored Dragon dominated most of the match, but after a collision temporarily disabled the referee, Massacrare slipped Kane a pair of brass knuckles and urged him to use them on a stunned Arcane Dragon. Kane was obviously conflicted about following these directions but ultimately did what he was told. He then slapped on the SELTZER SLEEPER and Massacrare roused the referee to end the match due to Dragon being unconscious.
Winner by way of submission - Sugar Kane (SELTZER SLEEPER)
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Datu vs. Rampage (w/ Admiral Amstel)
---Cell Block 6's second entrant into the tourny did not give Amstel the results he was looking for. Datu and Rampage fought back and forth for nearly 30 minutes, but ultimately Datu hit an AGILA SPLASH and pinned the 450 lb. giant.
Winner by way of pinfall - Datu (AGILA SPLASH)
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Round 1 will continue in GWF-1.2.

UWF-1.2 Deep South Coliseum, Deep South
Universal Heavyweight Championship Tournament (Round 1 Continued)
Grand Reyes vs. V.I.P. (w/ Lazarus)
---Grand Reyes dominated the overmatched V.I.P. throughout. Lazarus couldn't hide his disappointment as V.I.P. ran scared throughout the bout. Reyes toyed with the former pirate as he taunted Lazarus. Eventually he slapped on the CONCH CLUTCH and V.I.P. quickly tapped out.---
After the match, Black Jack and Roulette rushed to ringside and along with Lazarus started attacking the victorious Reyes, but once again Steve Stampede and King Klondike rushed in to assist and cleared The Conglomerate out of the ring. Stampede held up Reyes' hand in triumph.
Winner by way of submission - Grand Reyes (CONCH CLUTCH)
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Reign Man vs. Danger Graves (w/ Josh Johnson)
---In a crazy back and forth physical altercation, these two battled it out for what seemed like an eternity. In the end Reign Man suffered too much damage and could not kick out of the pin after what seemed to be a dozen DANGER DRIVERS. The Ringmaster celebrated the victory as he spat at Reign Man as he rolled out of the ring.---
Winner by way of pinfall - Danger Graves (DANGER DRIVER)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Bobcat Jack vs. The Mad One (w/ Josh Johnson)
---The Freakshow's final entrant into the tournament did not fair as well as Graves. The Mad One was completely outmatched and dominated by a savage Bobcat Jack. Jack seemed to be enjoying the amount of pain he was inflicting on the masked man, eventually finishing him off with a Gutwrench Powerbomb.---
After the match as Johnson was leading his wrestler to the back, out of nowhere Reign Man came from the back with a double clothesline that sent both Johnson and The Mad One to the ground. Reign man spit on Johnson to the cheers of the crowd. Danger Graves charged in the from the back and he and Reign man battled into the backstage area and had to be separated by security.
Winner by way of pinfall - Bobcat Jack (Gutwrench Powerbomb)
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Steve Stampede vs. Jay Blade
---In the match of the night, Stampede and Blade simply beat the crap out of each other. Just when one man seemed to be taking control, the other would battle back. The crowd was going wild during the match and even after Jay finished him off with a CORDOBA CUTTER, and his hand was raised, they were chanting for more. Jay Blade even had a hint of respect in his eye for Stampede as he left the ringside area. A disappointed Stampede acknowledged the crowd and even gave a 'tip of the cap' towards Blade as he left the arena.--
Winner by way of pinfall - Jay Blade (CORDOBA CUTTER)
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Round 2 will begin in UWF-1.3.

GWF-1.2 Owens-Rose Ampitheatre, North Forest
Galactic Heavyweight Championship Tournament (Round 1 Continued)
Dusty Plummer vs. Road Rage (w/ Admiral Amstel)
---Ricky Stallion was a guest commentator for the match. Obviously this was a distraction for Dusty and he seemed to always be keeping one eye on Ricky. Road Rage used this to his advantage and caught Dusty in the SUICIDE CLUTCH. The match was seemingly over, but somehow Dusty dug deep, reversed the move and slapped on the AMERICAN DREAM and put the big man to sleep. ---
After the match as Plummer and Stallion were staring each other down, Olympia and Outlaw hit the ring and attacked Dusty from behind. Ricky Stallion and J.J. Houston joined in on the beatdown. Remington XT and the Mat Men came in to help and eventually security had to be called in to separate the 8 men.
Winner by way of submission - Dusty Plummer (AMERICAN DREAM)
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Space Cowboy vs. Billion $ Brawler (w/ Valentino Massacrare)
---PMI's newest "investment" came to the ring with a new swagger to his step. Space Cowboy, of course, didn't seem to notice or care. He smacked the Brawler from one end of the ring to the other, and finished him off, getting him to tap out to THE WRANGLER. ---
Winner by way of submission - Space Cowboy (THE WRANGLER)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Remington XT vs. Big South
---There must be something in the air tonight for submissions. A battered and bruised Remington XT was no match for the big man from Bad Street. The brawl with the Hordesman took enough out of Remington that he just could not survive the HOTLANTA SPIKE---
Winner by way of submission - Big South (HOTLANTA SPIKE)
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Rykezilla vs. Monument (w/ Valentino Massacrare)
---The crowd was solidly behind Rykster as he faced PMI's bellcow. But end the end Monument was a mountain, and Rykezilla was a molehill. Three BIG BOOTS and the three count mercifully ended this one.--
Winner by way of pinfall - Monument (BIG BOOT)
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Round 2 will begin in GWF-1.3 with the following matchups.
-Crimson Cross vs. Warzone (w/ Admiral Amstel) -Datu vs. Sugar Kane (w/ Valentino Massacrare) -Dusty Plummer vs. Space Cowboy -Big South vs. Monument (w/ Valentino Massacrare)
PMI is looking like a clear favorite at this point to bring the inaugural title home. Tune in next time to see who moves on.

Loving the action here, plus I like seeing others like Amstel backing up other fighters, plus your presentation is solid stuff...

Loving the action here, plus I like seeing others like Amstel backing up other fighters, plus your presentation is solid stuff... I am definitely modeling my feds after what I consider the golden age of wrestling which was the 80’s. Many of the bad guys were part of manager’s stables. The likes of General Skandor Akbar, Playboy Gary Hart, Jim Cornette, and Sir Oliver Humperdink. I am just using guys like Massacrare, Lazarus, and Amstel as managers. I have others like Tex Cassidy that I’m just using as leaders of their particular factions or groups. The fun part is that any of these guys can also be thrown into a match at any time as well. Thanks for the comments. I am a really big fan of the game.

UWF-1.3 Imperial Palace, Industrial Lands
Universal Heavyweight Championship Tournament (Round 2)
--Before the matches started for the night, Xero Gravity was introduced as a guest commentator. He came out with a sling on his arm, evidence of the brutal attack sustained by Black Jack and The Conglomerate.--
Big Country vs. Solomon Hezekiah
---Tex Cassidy came out with Solomon, and taunted Big Country throughout the match. The big men fought each other brutally for nearly 30 minutes, but in the end Big Country caught Hezekiah with a CRASHING STAMPEDE and rolled him up for the win.--
After the match, Tex Cassidy was furious with the referee, and started shoving him around. Big Country immediately protected the official and chased Tex out of the ring. Tex and Solomon stomped around and threw a fit, but eventually left ringside.
Winner by way of pinfall - Big Country (CRASHING STAMPEDE)
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
U.K. Bruiser vs. Black Jack (w/ Lazarus)
---Before the match even began, Black Jack made his way to ringside and spotted Xero Gravity at the announcer's table. He immediately went over to the table and started taunting Xero G. Xero Gravity, trying to defend himself, stood up against The Conglomerate member, but Jack and Lazarus started attacking him. Simultaneously, U.K. Bruiser was making his entrance into the ring area. He noticed the attack, and went into a rage. He pummeled both Black Jack and Lazarus until neither of the men were left standing. V.I.P. came to ringside, saw the situation, and turned tail and ran back to the back. Security eventually was called out to call U.K. Bruiser off of Jack and Lazarus. As the medical team was attending to the members of the Conglomerate, The Magistrate appeared. --
The Magistrate: "Bruiser! For this unwarranted attack against your opponent tonight, and due to the fact that he is unable to compete due to your actions, I hereby disqualify you from this match and this tournament. Any further action in this manner will result in an immediate suspension from the U.W.F."
--U.K. Bruiser flew into a rage and had to be held back from The Magistrate and was pushed to the back by security. The Magistrate seemed very pleased with himself as Bruiser was ushered to the back. --
Winner by way of disqualification - Black Jack
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Grand Reyes vs. Danger Graves (w/ Josh Johnson)
---The Freakshow's last remaining entrant in the Tournament was especially violent in this match. He was relentless in his attack on Reyes and finished him off with a DANGER DRIVER.
Winner by way of pinfall - Danger Graves (DANGER DRIVER)
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Bobcat Jack vs. Jay Blade
---In UWF tradition, the best was saved for last. This match had it all. The back and forth, physical confrontation was a thrilling matchup between two excellent competitors. Jay Blade saw an opportunity with the referee distracted, and chose a shortcut blow to the "man parts" followed by his patented finisher for the win.
Winner by way of pinfall - Jay Blade (CORDOBA CUTTER)
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The Tournament Semifinals will be held in UWF 1.4
