More great BRUTAL action. Big win for Cross, but he better be wary of Disturbed Youth.

Really fun action going on with BRUTAL and the Crimson Cross & Disturbed Youth story is awesome... I just wonder if the Cross / Youth issue will cost Cross a chance to advance?

Disturbed Youth is a hard man to predict. Especially with his ZDL ally Shane Studd still in a position to win one of the Blocks...

Brutal Fighting League 4
The finals of Block Stage competitions are going down! Which two Brutalists will face each other for the BRUTAL Championship? We will found out tonight LIVE on BRUTAL Network!
BLOCK A Road Rage Buck Tomkins Shane Studd Muck
BLOCK B Yoko Ohno HT Mahoney Tommy Hawk Crimson Cross
1. Block A: Road Rage vs Muck --The two brawlers in Block A did not disappoint, and pounded on each other throughout the match. Muck got the victory with Dirty Work, but an irate Road Rage assaulted him with his chain afterwards! The big bruiser left Muck laying in the center of the ring amidst a chorus of jeers and boos!
2. Block B: HT Mahoney vs Tommy Hawk
--Tommy Hawk innovative violent offense continues to serve him well, as he avoided Mahoney's Go 2 Jail and was able to secure a victory with Tommy Gunn!
3. Dr. Matematico vs El Halcyon --A true back and forth lucha libre match , with both men flying across the ring and given each other no quarter. It looked like El Halcyon had the win with the El Halcyon Punch, but the Irrational Luchador slipped away to hit the QED for the win!
4. War Hawk vs Croak --Croak continued his winning ways, putting War Hawk down after two War Hammers. It certainly seems that whoever wins the BRUTAL Championship will have to deal with Croak!
5. Rampage vs Cosmic Nightmare --Rampage did not look to be any better mood this week, smashing Nightmare with strikes from the opening bell. Nightmare made it a fight, striking Rampage in the chin with the Cosmic Hook, but it was not enough to put the big man down. In fact, it seemed to only make him angrier, and Rampage picked up the win with the Boulder Bomb.
6. Disturbed Youth vs Ultra Sanda
--Sanda started the match quickly, and it looked like the match was going to be done quickly with Zero Bomber. But Youth managed to avoid defeat, then hit Disturbed Death Drop to get the victory.
7. Block A: Buck Tomkins vs Shane Studd --This match would determine who would win Block A! A win by Tomkins would give him 9 points and the overall lead, but a win by Studd would give both me 6 points -- and Studd would own the tie-breaker! The match started out back and forth, with both men feeling each other out, not wanting to give anything away too easy. Tomkins got on a roll, when Disturbed Youth appeared at the top of the entrance ramp ! Studd rolled out to the floor as Youth made his way to ringside! While the official was engaged with getting Youth away from the ring, Tomkins went after Studd, but got blindsided by Dr. Matematico, who had been hiding at ringside wearing an overcoat and hat! Studd and Matematico rolled Tomkins back into the ring, and one Belly to Belly Suplex later, Studd had won the match and Block A!
8. Block B: Yoko Ohno (with Douglas R. Gordon) vs Crimson Cross --Before the match, Yoko Ohno's representative, Douglas R. Gordon, got on the microphone. "Ladies and gentlemen, introducing my client, the Japanese Goliath, and soon to be crowned BRUTAL Champion Yoko Ohno, would like to extend an offer to Mr. Crimson Cross that he walk away from this match rather than face potential loses of income stemming from injuries and recuperation!" Cross, always eager for a fight, responded, "Hey Doug, you can take your "potential loses" and shove it!"
In the match, Yoko threw his weight around, squashing Cross several times and laughing at his opponent. But Cross refused to give up, and mounted a ferocious comeback! Finally Cross was able to nail Bombjack, but was slow to make the cover. The official's hand falls one... two... thr-NO! Before three was counted, the official was yanked out of the ring by Disturbed Youth, apparently still arguing over the last match?! Cross got to his feet and jawed at Youth from the ring, but this was an opening for Yoko to grab Cross and throw him over the top rope and into the steel barricade below! Youth begged off, telling the official to get back in the ring and lay the count on Cross! Cross was in no shape to respond, and could not answer the ten count! The winner of the match and of Block B is Yoko Ohno!
Back at the entrance way, Youth was joined by the other members of ZDL. Shane Studd got on the microphone and addressed Yoko and Gordon, "It doesn't matter how big you are! It doesn't matter how strong you are! It doesn't matter how smart you think you are! Because no one and nothing can stop ZDL! And if you don't like that, big man, then you can kiss... my ass!"
In the ring, Yoko laughed and Gordon smiled a wide s***-eating grin. "Oh, come now Mr. Studd... does my client look impressed? Does my client look intimidated? You think that you are the puppet master, with everyone dangling on the ends of your strings? All you have done is secure the date of your own funeral!"
NEXT: The first BRUTAL Champion will be crowned! Shane Studd versus Yoko Ohno for the title! What will the Board of Governors do about the seemingly unstoppable ZDL? Moreover, what will Crimson Cross do?! Plus: More action in the BRUTAL manner!
Time to get BRUTAL!

Outstanding show! It appears that ZDL was more than some expected. The write up really captured how insanely BRUTAL things can get.
Yoko vs Shane should be interesting, as Yoko clearly has the size advantage. And with Douglas R. Gordon, Yoko now has a elite mind working for him. But ZDL is more than a bunch of guys who happen to ride together. ZDL members all serve a purpose in the group. Each man brings something unique to the table. ZDL is not a KLIQ. Just hope Yoko knows that.
Sorry for the little promo there. Somehow The Franchise just started coming out when I was typing.

Brutal Fighting League 5
The The first BRUTAL Fighting Champion will be crowned tonight! Will it be the monstrous Yoko Ohno, or the savvy ring veteran Shane Studd? We will found out tonight LIVE on BRUTAL Network!
1. Road Rage vs HT Mahoney --Two big men clashed in this opening matchup! Mahoney weathered the early assault of Road Rage and was in control, but Road Rage went to his chain and was disqualified!
2. El Halcyon vs Croak --Croak has been on a tear latelty in BRUTAL Fighting League, but El Halcyon was not going to just lay down. The crafty luchador was able to kick out of Croak's War Hammer, and got the win with the legendary El Halcyon Punch for what has to be considered a big upset.
3. Muck vs Crimson Cross --Cross has had his issues with ZDL lately, namely Disturbed Youth, but there was no outside shenanigans in this match. Muck gave Cross as good as he got, and scored a victory following two Muckrackers.
4. Rampage vs Ultra Sanda --The much smaller Sanda showed no fear of Rampage, leveling the big man with two Zero Bombers right out of the gate. But Rampage was not so easily overcome! The big man tossed and smashed Sanda all over the ring, but Sanda kept slipping out of trouble and striking back, over and over again. After a third Zero Bomber it looked like Rampage was done, but once more it was only a 2 count! Finally, Rampage was able to end the match with the Denver Driver. Afterwards, the crowd gave Sanda a standing ovation for his valiant effort and gutsy performance.
5. ZDL (Disturbed Youth and Dr. Matematico) vs War Hawk and Cosmic Nightmare --The unusual duo of Hawk and Nightmare worked surprisingly well together, and were able to score what must again be called an upset when Nightmare pinned Youth following a Cosmic Hook!
6. Buck Tomkins vs Tommy Hawk --The two Block Stage runner-ups were set to square off, but Hawk blind sided Tomkins with a lead pipe before the opening bell. Threatening the official with the same pipe to ring the bell, Hawk then easily pinned the unconscious Tomkins! (Fast Forward)
7. Yoko Ohno vs Shane Studd **BRUTAL Fighting League Championship** --Ohno entered first, accompanied by Douglas R. Gordon. Gordon addressed the audience, "Ladies and gentlemen, I want all of you to take a good, long, hard look at your future BRUTAL Champion! Because you are going to be seeing quite a lot of Mr. Ohno in the coming weeks and months, as he takes that title and defends it, anywhere, against anyone who either thinks they can somehow defeat him, or are simply TOO STUPID to know any better!"
Shane Studd entered second, flanked by Disturbed Youth and Dr. Matematico. Before the bell, the BRUTAL Official was handed an envelope by a page who sprinted down the aisle to the ring. The announcement was then made: "The BRUTAL Fighting League Board of Governors has ruled that Disturbed Youth and Dr. Matematico are hereby barred from ringside for this championship match, as they have no legal standing to accompany Shane Studd. Furthermore, if Disturbed Youth and Dr. Matematico do not vacate the ringside area immediately, Shane Studd shall be disqualified!"
The shouted arguments of all three members of ZDL fell on deaf ears, and finally they were forced to leave as Gordon mercilessly mocked them with phony outrage.
Once the action started, Ohno used his normal offense, using his strength and weight, but Studd knew how to counter those attacks and take control. Both men had opportunities but neither was able to seal the deal in the early goings. As Ohno began to tire, Studd was able to get more offense in, but not able to fully capitalize. Finally, in a desperate ploy, Ohno threw Studd out of the ring to the floor, as he had done to Crimson Cross previously. Stuidd hit hard, and as Ohno tied up the official, Gordon was able to get some shots in to Studd's head with his $700 Italian loafers. Studd, barely able to beat the count back to the ring, was defenseless as Ohno again bodily picked him up and threw him from one corner of the ring to the other. The mind boggling strength of Yoko Ohno was too much for Shane Studd, and after the one, two, three, Yoko Ohno is your Inaugural BRUTAL Fighting League Champion!
The show closed with Ohno and Gordon celebrating in the ring to a loud chorus of boss and showers of trash.
NEXT: Now that BRUTAL Fighting League has its champion, the question becomes: who will be Yoko Ohno's first challenger? What is going on inside ZDL following a disastrous outing this week? Can anything quell the rage inside of Rampage? And of course, will we hear anything from the Board of Governors? Find out on the next bare knuckle episode of BRUTAL Fighting League!
Time to get BRUTAL!

While I would love to see Shane take the gold, this was a great conclusion to the tournament/league. Yoko is a monster, but with Douglas R. Gordon he is going to be tough to beat. I can't wait to see where things are going to go from here.
