Card #3 - Mystic Island Arena
Free Agent Showcase: Mr. Ion defeated Powermonger (KO - Gamma Slam) Free Agent Showcase: Muck defeated Hollywood Gunn (submission - Muckraker) Tiki Boom defeated Bobcat Jack (KO - Boom Shaka-Laka) Rocky defeated Punk A.D. (KO - Super Combo KO) Death Star defeated Party Pirate (KO - Death March) Vincitor defeated Krusher Khan (submission - Kinniku Special) Yoko-Ohno defeated Rabbid (TKO - Bonzai Splash) GBF Universal Heavyweight title: The Messenger defeated War Hawk (TKO - Palm Strike) to win the title
(Promoter Note: As you can see history was made at the Mystic Island Arena with The Messenger beating War Hawk for the GBF Universal Heavyweight title in a rematch of the tournament final. This was a great back and fourth bout and I was pulling for War Hawk to retain in order to have at least one successful title defense but it was not to be. The Messenger will now face number one contender Ken Po for the title at the Motor City Dome (Card #5). Rabbid remains winless in the GBF falling to 0-3 after a loss to Yoko-Ohno in the semi-final. The two giants waged a great battle that could have gone either way. Rabbid needs to get on the winning track soon or a free agent star could take his place on the roster. Upset of the night for me was Tiki Boom over Bobcat Jack. I did not see that coming. Overall this was a fun show and the two free agent showcase matches in particular were notable for being great back and forth battles. The next stop for the GBF is the Volcano Gardens (Card #4) headlined by Vincitor vs. Death Star plus a Free Agent Challenge as Saint Nick faces Rocky.)

It's pretty wild seeing Rabbid 0-3 in you GBF, plus The Messenger taking the strap was good stuff and now I could see him keeping the belt and beating Ken Po. Mr.Ion and Muck each winning their fights are pretty big wins and Muck over Hollywood Gunn is a bit of a bummer, good stuff at the MIA my friend...

Card #4 - Volcano Gardens
Free Agent Challenge: Saint Nick defeated Rocky (submission - Sentinel Sleeper) Krusher Khan defeated Ratchet (KO - Soviet Sickle) Punk A.D. defeated Bobcat Jack (KO - Sonic Boom Kick) Party Pirate defeated Honest Abe (KO - Party Punch) Tiki Boom defeated Tick Tock (TKO - Hawaiian Punch) Death Star defeated Vincitor (KO - Death March)
(Promoters Note: Thanks for the comments Crimson. I am bummed about Rabbid being 0-3 myself although I understand why the loss by Hollywood Gunn bummed you out. I should say that Gunn came very close to beating Muck in that bout so he made a great impression. As for the Volcano Gardens the main event with Death Star beating Vincitor was off the charts. It really could have gone either way and the win by Death Star moves him right up into title contention. I must say that I was surprised by both Honest Abe and Bobcat Jack losing their matches. They have been faring pretty poorly thus far. This was the first Free Agent Challenge I had which is a free agent guy getting to fight a GBF roster member and in this case it was Saint Nick scoring an impressive win over Rocky. Next up is action from the Motor City Dome headlined by Ken Po challenging The Messenger for the GBF Universal Heavyweight title. Former champion War Hawk will face Krusher Khan on that show and the thus far impressive Party Pirate has a showdown with the winless Rabbid.)

Hell yea! The Messenger with the strap! That's what I like to see. Messenger pretty much dominated my first two seasons and held the title 10 times in total.
Lots of great action going on here. Looking forward to The Messenger's first defense.

Thanks for the comments Eliath. I am hoping to see The Messenger have a good run as champion. The competition has been pretty solid up and down the fed so far. It will be interesting to see how Ken Po fares as the title challenger.

Card #5 - Motor City Dome
Free Agent Challenge: Vincitor defeated Celsius (submission - Kinniku Special) Ratchet defeated Rocky (TKO - Stick and Move) Tick Tock defeated Honest Abe (submission - Thumb Trap) Punk A.D. defeated Tiki Boom (KO - Sonic Boom Kick) Krusher Khan defeated War Hawk (KO - Roundhouse Kick) Bobcat Jack defeated Yoko-Ohno (KO - Superman Punch) Party Pirate defeated Rabbid (KO - Party Punch) GBF Universal Heavyweight title: The Messenger© defeated Ken Po (KO - Palm Strike) to retain the title
(Promoter Notes: The Messenger retained the GBF Universal Heavyweight title in his first defense beating Ken Po. It was a quick but fairly competitive bout with Po surviving the finisher only to be quickly knocked out by the Palm Strike. Good action throughout the show with Bobcat Jack vs. Yoko-Ohno and Tick Tock vs. Honest Abe standing out. I never expected to see Abe tap out to Tick Tock but there you go. Jack vs. Ohno could have gone either way and was a real fun match. Ratchet has been really impressive thus far and is in range for a title shot. The next title opportunity will likely go to Krusher Khan or Death Star who will meet in the main event of Card #6 at The Action Zone. Khan scored a huge win over former champion War Hawk on this show to qualify for that match with Death Star based on won-loss records. Honest Abe faces Rabbid on Card #6 and both men really need a win. Rabbid is currently 0-4 and if he loses to Abe I will have to release him from his contract and sign a free agent to the GBF.)

What's been great about Tick Tock (not being that good) is shocking Honest Abe at the Motor City Dome, which gives your fed a nice twist and for me he has been a former champion. Party Pirate over Rabbid is my highlight and that's another card in Rabbid who should crush his opponents and he loses, another fun round of action Crue...

Three in a row for Death Star, and for me he provided the most entertaining fights with The Messenger as champion. In fact, their last fight in season one wound up being FOTY for me.
Also, I really like how you are managing talent on your roster (with Rabbid specifically). Great job there!
All in all, another round of great action!

Card #6 - The Action Zone
Free Agent Showcase: Freakenstein defeated X'Ian (KO - Superman Punch) Rabbid defeated Honest Abe (TKO - Spine Smasher) Bobcat Jack defeated Tick Tock (submission - Gator Roll) Tiki Boom defeated Vincitor (KO- Boom Shaka-Laka) Punk A.D. defeated Party Pirate (KO - Sonic Boom Kick) Yoko-Ohno defeated Ratchet (TKO - Bonzai Splash) Rocky defeated War Hawk (KO - Super Combo KO - Fast Forward) Krusher Khan defeated Death Star (TKO - Shadow Boxing)
(Promoter notes: This was a card where the bottom half was a lot better than the top half meaning the preliminary matches were better than the main events. Ratchet vs. Yoko-Ohno, Rocky vs. War Hawk and Krusher Khan vs. Death Star were all quick ones with little to no action. Yoko-Ohno rag dolled Ratchet giving her virtually no offense. It was pretty much a mercy kill as she hit the Power Play after a sure finish to save herself but then he squashed her with the Bonzai. Rocky scored a huge win over former GBF Universal champion War Hawk in one move thanks to the Fast Forward. The main event was a top contenders match which Krusher Khan won on the first move rolled so Death Star never had a chance. Khan will now face The Messenger for the GBF Universal Heavyweight title at Stonehenge Hall (Card #7). Best match of the night was Punk A.D. vs. Party Pirate with honorable mention going to Rabbid vs. Honest Abe. Rabbid picked up his first win there so for now he keeps his spot on the main roster. There has been talk in GBF circles of Duos competition coming to the promotion as well as a secondary singles title being added. Those are just rumors at the moment.)

Good to see Rabbid pick up his first victory and that was a pretty big win in my book for Krusher Khan over Death Star, more GBF goodness...

Good to see Rabbid pick up his first victory and that was a pretty big win in my book for Krusher Khan over Death Star, more GBF goodness... Thanks my friend, that was a fun card but as noted the last three matches were over very quickly. If this were on ppv there would have been a riot I was also happy to see Rabbid get a much needed win. He seems like such a force so it was crazy that he went into that bout 0-4. I am trying to run the GBF like a sports league so the guys on the bottom of the rankings are in danger of getting cut in favor of free agents being signed. Right now my roster is just from the first set but I may increase the roster total to twenty or twenty-five in the future to keep things fresh. I am also looking forward to getting Duos action going so I will have to think up some tag teams to put together.

Once I had a card with good build up have like 4-5 matches end with FF or one to two moves. Drive me nuts, but it was what it was.
